I have still not received my certificate although I have taken and passed my test at least a month ago.

Your feedback has highlighted an issue which we have now tried to correct.
Our system for sending out certificates did not let us know for certain that they had been received by the learner. Even when the certificate was delivered to the correct address we could not know if it had been given to the learner. We now scan all certificate reports (sent with certificates from the awarding body) and make all learners sign to confirm they have picked up their certificate. In the rare cases where certificates cannot be collected we send them by registered post (a fee maybe chargeable).
