The enrolment appointment is an opportunity for you and us to discuss your learning needs and to help you choose an appropriate course. We can provide plenty of information and support to help you come up with the best learning plan for your needs.

Many new learners are nervous when first attending the centre so we have tried to give a brief outline of what you should expect. We do tailor these to individual requirements to suit you but you can expect your enrolment interview to follow the pattern outlined below.

  • Discussion with a member of centre staff about the learning you wish to do and the courses we can provide. If you decide to undertake one of our courses we will continue with the enrolment. If not, we will try to direct you to other learning providers in the area or give you details of where you can get help finding appropriate learning.
  • Completion of paperwork.
  • Depending on the course you have chosen the process will be slightly different, see each heading below.
